My Dad. My Coach. My Hero.

My dad was my first adaptive student in 2003. He taught me how to play golf and as a coach, he taught me how to have compassion, patience and be forever encouraging. After his stroke, our roles reversed and I was the one teaching and encouraging him. But he always remained my dad, my coach, my hero. What my dad didn’t realize at that time was he was still teaching and coaching me after his stroke. My passion to make sports playable for all started with my dad and continues today.
